VIA EMILIA FITZROVIA

Tucked into the bustling heart of Central London, our Fitzrovia location holds a very special place in our history. This site originally opened its doors in 2012 as In Parma—the very first restaurant in the Food Roots family—before being beautifully rebranded to Via Emilia in 2023.

Today, it operates as a modern Italian trattoria that attracts a dynamic mix of international tourists and professionals from the local media scene. The design pays homage to traditional Italian delis with warm exposed brick walls and a stunning, iconic Berkel slicer proudly displayed in the window. Like our East London branch, Fitzrovia utilizes space-saving benches and stools, creating a lively, fast-paced, and convivial dining room. It is the perfect central spot for a quick artisanal business lunch, a post-work gathering, or a break from exploring the nearby sights of central London.
